Monterey County Elections Electronic Filing System (EFS)

The Public Access Portal contains financial information provided by candidates and committees. It can answer questions about who is contributing money, who is receiving money, and how it is being spent. Please note that the contact for city elected officials, candidates and measures is the City Clerk.

Use the Public Access Portal to research campaign contributions and expenditures, review campaign statements filed by candidates, or examine a committee's filing history.

Please note that any documents not entered via the Filer Access Portal will take a few days to appear on the Public Access Portal. Documents not filed electronically are available for public viewing at the Monterey County Elections office located at 1370 B South Main St. in Salinas.
