Contribution Limits

Effective January 1, 2021, local candidates are now subject to the state default contribution limits passed under AB 571. These limits are enforceable by the California State Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC).

Complaints/Violations? – if you suspect someone has violated the Political Reform Act, you will file the complaint with the FPPC’s Enforcement Division using the Electronic Complaint System
